Tweak: Enable Spell Checking in All Text Fields

By default Firefox only performs spell checking as you type for text areas, but not single line text input fields, so this little tweak will allow you to change that!

• Navigate to about:config

• Type/paste layout.spell into the filter box

• Double-click layout.spellcheck.Default and change the value from 1 to 2
